We are loo­king for team lea­ders and tho­se who want to beco­me team lea­ders for our call cen­ter. We will help you with this becau­se you will recei­ve com­pre­hen­si­ve trai­ning on the pro­ject, regu­lar acti­ve sales trai­ning and fur­ther trai­ning in employee and per­son­nel manage­ment as well as in con­trol­ling and pro­ject manage­ment. Enjoy­ing tele­pho­ny and deal­ing with peo­p­le will cer­tain­ly help you on your way to beco­ming a suc­cessful team lea­der with us. Just like the desi­re to deve­lop per­so­nal­ly and pro­fes­sio­nal­ly, open­ness to new ide­as and an ambi­tious inte­rest in a manage­ment posi­ti­on. Your tasks on the job:

  • Acti­ve tele­pho­ne sup­port for new and exis­ting customers
  • Advice on pro­ducts and opti­miza­ti­on of exis­ting projects
  • Sys­te­ma­tic approach and needs assess­ment with and from customers
  • Con­trol­ling & cont­act per­son for your team as well as sup­port­ing feed­back discussions
  • Induc­tion of new employees and tar­ge­ted sup­port for exis­ting team members
