Your tasks on the job:

  • Acti­ve tele­pho­ne sup­port for new and exis­ting customers
  • Advice on pro­ducts and opti­miza­ti­on of exis­ting projects
  • Sys­te­ma­tic approach and needs assess­ment with and from customers

  • Per­so­nal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on is gene­ral­ly & over­all one of your strengths
  • Natu­ral­ly good writ­ten and spo­ken Ger­man (at least C1)
  • You enjoy making pho­ne calls and wri­ting emails
  • You can sup­port us at least 20 hours per week and are open to shift work 
  • You have a fri­end­ly, com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ve and con­fi­dent deme­an­or, even under stress
  • Quick com­pre­hen­si­on, enjoy­ment of sales and good nego­tia­ting skills
